PRINCESS ANNE

The Princess Anne was 340 foot car and passenger ferry that saw service in Chesapeake Bay. Caught in a storm while moored, the vessel sank at dock in Newport, RI. Damaged beyond economical repair, she was towed to Palm Beach, FL and sunk as an artificial reef in 100 fsw.
